Cancellation Policy
Trail Riding Policy Reservations: All trail rides must be booked in advance. We recommend scheduling early to secure your preferred date and time. Cancellation and No-Show Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled ride will forfeit 33% of the total fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount. Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled ride time for check-in and safety briefing. Safety Requirements: All riders must wear appropriate footwear with a heel and a helmet (provided if needed). Riders must follow all instructions from guides and staff. Health and Fitness: Riders should be in good health and disclose any medical conditions that could affect their safety during the ride. Liability: Participants assume all risks associated with horseback riding. Whispering Willow Ranch is not liable for injury, loss, or damage unless due to gross negligence.
